You won't write code. I never have, and I built all of this. Plain English, an architecture that already exists so you're not facing a blank page, and me next to you while you put it in.

The numbers aren't the point, though. It's what a Tuesday looks like: six client contexts held at once without me carrying any of them, the thinking done in ten minutes instead of the three hours I used to protect, and the school pickup at half three still happening.

What actually happens

Three steps, and then you're running it without me.

All three run the same arc. What differs is how long you get with me.

One. We work out what you actually need.How your business really runs and where it jams, not a demonstration of features.
Two. You install the architecture, with me at your shoulder.Your hands on it, not mine, because a system somebody else installed is one you can't change.
Three. You run it, and start building your own on top.Extending it yourself as the business changes. That's when I stop being necessary, which is the point.

Two days in Melbourne

Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 October. Two full days, everyone building on their own business, me in the room for both. Bringing someone? $4,950 + GST for the pair.

  • The version current at purchase. Later ones aren't promised
  • Needs a paid Claude plan and a Mac or a PC

Your risk: capped. Upgrade to a build or a seat inside 30 days and every dollar comes off.

The room Den's talking about

Sydney, two days in June.

Ten of us in a house, everyone on their own machine, building off the same kit that ships with all three above. That room is why the Melbourne one exists.

Photographs by ECKOmedia. That was Den's mastermind rather than a Chief of Staff room, so everyone there was one of his members. What doesn't change is how the two days run.

A recorded sales call turned into a published proposal and a covering email in 16 minutes. A name change found in 22,410 places and handled in 880. An old agreement read back with $38,000 of exposure in it.

Could I just build this myself?

Yes, and some people should. If you enjoy this and you've got the evenings, sit down with Claude Code and you'll get there in months and months. That's what it took me.

What it costs is months of evenings and about a hundred decisions where the wrong answer stays invisible for six months. If your time is worth more than the months, take one of the three. If it isn't, take the kit and do it yourself with the map in your hand.

Why is the room cheaper than the one to one?

Because eleven other people are paying for the same two days. You get the same architecture and the same arc; what you don't get is four weeks of my full attention on one business, which is what the guided build is.

Can I start with the kit and upgrade?

Yes, inside thirty days, and whatever you actually paid comes off in full. Nothing you set up is wasted, because the kit is the same architecture the build starts from, so you turn up already ahead.

What do I need before it works?

A Mac or a Windows PC, a paid Claude plan in your own name, and two small free background tools, Git and Python, which you'll never open. A few minutes to install. The kit's instructions walk you through it, and on the build and the day we do it together.

What's the catch?

It only works if you feed it your real business: real clients, real prices, real voice, the actual documents. Give it a sanitised version and you get a sanitised assistant. That's the one thing I can't do for you.

The other one nobody mentions: two or three weeks in, when it clicks, people stop sleeping properly. You'll run six things at once and cancel things you shouldn't. It wears off.

How do I actually pay?

The kit and a Melbourne seat both take a card on the page. The guided build takes no money at all until we've had the free audit call and you've decided. The room's balance of $2,946 inc GST is due Monday 5 October, and I'll send it rather than charging you quietly.

The $299 isn't returned as cash if you change your mind, but it moves with you in full onto the one to one, the kit, or a later room. If the day doesn't go ahead, including because it doesn't fill, you get the whole $299 back. None of that affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
