Fifth Castle Media is a trading name of Five Castles Pty Ltd (ABN 76 651 385 545), a video production company based in Belgrave, Victoria. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to talk to you and do the work:
- Details you give us when you book a call, send an enquiry or become a client: your name, email, phone number, business name, and whatever you choose to tell us about your project.
- Basic activity data when you visit our sites: pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you, and standard device and browser information, gathered through cookies and analytics tools including the Meta pixel.
We do not collect sensitive information (such as health, financial account or government identifier details) through our websites or ads.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange or run a call.
- To deliver, quote and manage the work you engage us for.
- To measure and improve our own marketing, including which ads and pages lead to enquiries.
- To send you information you have asked for or that relates to work in progress. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, and only so they can do that job:
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising measurement through the Meta pixel.
- Our booking and customer-management platform, which stores enquiry and client contact details.
- Website and email hosting providers that run our sites and correspondence.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled to a comparable standard.
Cookies and analytics
Our sites use cookies and similar tools to remember your visit, understand how pages perform, and measure advertising. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you using the site, though some measurement may not work.
How we protect it
